A place to share my love of painting
Welcome to Joe's Watercolours. I'm Joe Parsons, a watercolour artist based in the north west of England at the foot of the Pennines, from where I take much of my inspiration. Although I work primarily in watercolour I am trying to push my boundaries by incorporating other mediums and new subjects.
